I haven't taken the product long enough to see a major difference yet but my energy level is much better and I'm noticing my skin is looking a lil better. I'm going to keep using the product I think I will benefit from it.

So I buy my seamoss from here. I did the unthinkable and brought another brand of seamoss from another company on Amazon. Worst mistake fake seamoss(never experienced this before), the other seamoss could never be purée!!!! It was still chunky no matter what. This here ORGANIC NATURE is where it’s at!!!! Not all seamoss is created equal!!!

Since I started to take sea moss gel my energy level has boasted up. Also, it takes out excessive mucus from you. I recommend it for everyone.

At first I didn't notice a difference, but I continued to take it. It wasn't until I forgot to buy more and ran out that I truly noticed the benefits of taking this sea moss. I didn't have as much energy and I noticed my digestion was a lot slower. I won't forget to buy again!
